By purchasing our products made from natural materials such as laterite, marble, and granite, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the natural variations in these materials, each product may differ slightly in color, texture, and finish.
Returns will be considered only for damages in the product. And it should be reported within 2 days. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery and the damage should be recorded in the parcel opening video without any cut. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment must be received in full before the shipment of goods.

Care and Maintenance

Our pots have natural thermal properties that help regulate soil temperature, protecting plant roots from extreme heat or cold. Since it has no drainage system for indoor plants ( will be available through requirement), it occurs cooling existence. So, provide watering twice/thrice a week or else need to check accordingly.
Make Proper Placement, choose a stable, level surface for placing your pots to prevent tipping or shifting.
Always support the pot from the bottom when lifting, don’t lift by its edges.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs clearance issues are beyond the control of the company.
Parcel opening video is must for damage claims and return consideration.
