3. Orders & Confirmation
- Orders are considered confirmed only after written confirmation and/or advance payment.
- Custom or bulk orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or modified.
- Estimated delivery timelines are shared in good faith and may vary due to production or logistics constraints.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation.
- Balance payment (if any) must be cleared before dispatch.
- Payments once made are non-refundable.
5. Manufacturing & Delivery
- All products are handcrafted; production timelines may vary depending on design and quantity.
- Silavat is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, transport strikes, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
- Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once goods are dispatched.
6. Transportation & Handling
- Transportation charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- Silavat is not liable for damages caused during transit when goods are shipped via third-party transporters.
- Buyers are advised to inspect goods at the time of delivery.
7. Usage & Maintenance
- Proper handling and placement are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Silavat is not liable for damages due to improper use, mishandling, or environmental exposure.
- Natural stone products may require periodic maintenance for longevity.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, catalogs, and branding of Silavat remain its intellectual property.
